On August 7, 2025, the MBK Team, led by PMGEN Mao R. Aplasca and joined by its core members, took part in a Dinner Meet and Greet with the Chief, PNP, PGEN Nicolas D. Torre III, held at the PNP Multi-Purpose Center, Camp Crame, Quezon City.
This gathering formed part of the PNP’s proactive efforts under the Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) Program, which aims to instill discipline, strengthen moral values, and promote spiritual growth within the ranks.
Regional Offices also conducted parallel fellowship activities and reflections with their designated Life Coaches, promoting the shared mission of nurturing values-based leadership and supporting the holistic development of PNP personnel.

My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) was recognized during the 30th Police Community Relations (PCR) Month Culmination Ceremony, led by NAPOLCOM Commissioner Atty. Ricardo P. Bernabe III on July 31, 2025.
MBK received the Plaque of Merit for its vital role in the moral and spiritual development of PNP personnel, especially through the 21st Century Leadership Training and ongoing spiritual guidance for PRO CALABARZON.
Awardees included PCOL Elmar Sillador (Ret.), Rev. Leo Decinal, and other MBK leaders.
Atty. Bernabe emphasized the values of malasakit, paninindigan, and pananagutan in building a Bagong Pilipinas, while PBGEN Jack L. Wanky thanked all partners for their support. The event also featured a recap of activities like medical missions and outreach programs.
Personnel of PRO CALABARZON assembled at Camp BGen Vicente P. Lim for the Daily PNP Personnel Accounting Report (DPPAR), organized by the RIDMD to ensure accountability and share regional updates.
